The Brownfields Redevelopment Access to Capital Program^SM, (BRAC) promotes the clean up and redevelopment of Brownfields sites throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Massachusetts Business Development Corporation (MBDC) created the program in 1999, and since then BRAC has resulted in more than $4 billion of investment in the clean up of 347 environmentally contaminated sites.
